Delivery terms and conditions

We are available on line Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday and holidays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Orders are entered within that time and must be placed 24 hours before delivery date. On Sundays we ONLY deliver those orders that have been placed at least 24 hours earlier.

Regarding delivery time,  Maravillosa Flor does not commit itself to carry out deliveries at an exact hour, but within a two-hour span (one hour before and one hour after you have required) In case the delivery should take place at a specific time, please let us know in the order instructions and we’ll do our best to satisfy you.

On particularly busy days such as St. Valentine’s Day or Spring Day, we DO guarantee deliveries during the day but we cannot commit ourselves to a specific hour. As for these occasions, we suggest that you place your order at least 48 hours earlier.

Substitution: we may be forced to introduce some changes in order to preserve the freshness and the excellent condition of your product. Production and handling will be very careful, so that the finished product will bear the same characteristics as your choice on our website. The basic pattern of the flower arrangements will not suffer any changes, and the shades of the colourful ones will be kept the same as far as possible, even if this means using other type of flower of a highest price.  For any changes in single type flower arrangements, your opinion will be previously requested; and those arrangements made up of seasonal flowers will be produced on availability, keeping their basic pattern.      

Deliveries at hotels and hospitals: In order to avoid delays and unclear situations, please provide us with the following details: full name or possible registration name of the addressee; name and address of hotel or hospital, room and telephone numbers (if any)  Please, consider that registrations at maternity hospitals are under the addressee’s maiden name. For reasons beyond our control, room delivery is not allowed in most hotels and hospitals, therefore our service ends at the reception desk and it is guaranteed by means of a Delivery Note signed by the receiver.

In case the addressee is absent, Maravillosa Flor and its partners reserve the right to deliver the product to a neighbour, janitor or reception clerk (for companies), with the corresponding Delivery Note signed by the receiver.

Deliveries for condolences must bear full name and address of the funeral parlour and detailed delivery time, because once the service is over, it is impossible to guarantee the delivery of the product to the family.

Prices on our webpage are expressed in argentine Pesos and US dollars are only valid for deliveries in Capital Federal and GBA.
